Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience (AI Enablement)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate tooling that brings AI and agentic workflows into daily engineering
• Drive adoption across engineering teams - partner directly with them to embed AI into their
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks, and recommend standards for JFrog engineering
• Deliver every capability as a self-service - discoverable, documented, API-first, and consumable by
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and DevOps to translate business objectives into
• Work with a modern AI and platform stack - Python, Go, and Java, LLM APIs, MCP servers and agent

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and managing scalable systems on cloud
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into working software, plus daily use of AI coding tools
• A server-side development background, with fluency in at least one of the following: Python, Go, or
• Solid working experience with Docker and Kubernetes, and practical experience with at least one
• Strong written and spoken English, and a demonstrated ability to influence engineers and
• Experience enabling or upskilling other engineering teams, whether on AI tooling or developer
