Senior Software Engineer– Engineering Acceleration, Hyperscale Line of Business

📋 Description

• Build shared tools for high-toil engineering workflows (triage, rebase/payload, release), taking
• Use AI tooling to prototype and iterate rapidly, staying responsive to changing requirements.
• Use engineering metrics to diagnose workflow friction and directly improve developer velocity
• Strong design and architecture judgment so fast-moving tools stay maintainable, correct, and safe
• Write robust software and implement clean interfaces (REST, gRPC, CLI) for the tools and services
• Partner with Tech Leads and Managers to shape technical roadmaps for dev tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of production software engineering experience (calibrated for MTS4/Senior level) in
• Mastery of Python and C++ in production Linux environments. (Familiarity with Go or Java is a plus).
• Experience building internal tools or developer-facing software and turning prototypes into
• Hands-on experience designing clean interfaces (gRPC, REST, CLI) for tools and services.
• Comfort using engineering metrics and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, fb303, scribe, t-digest)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
