Senior Software Engineer - Enterprise AI

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate secure enterprise AI platform capabilities connecting AI models, agents
• Own major workstreams across enterprise AI infra, incl MCP gateway and context capabilities
• Build reliable backend services, APIs, integrations for AI-powered experiences
• Help develop scalable AI governance: identity, access, auditing, policy enforcement
• Design, build, test, evaluate agentic systems and workflows for task execution
• Take ownership of services, balancing speed, reliability, security, maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals; experience with backend systems
• Backend languages like Python, Go, or similar; design APIs and integrations
• Understanding of software architecture, services, APIs, enterprise tools
• Experience with identity/auth concepts: OAuth, SAML, SCIM
• Experience with cloud infra; familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
• Comfort navigating ambiguity; independent, thoughtful technical tradeoffs
