📋 Description

• Design and implement robust, extensible systems powering Roblox’s core surfaces (Home, Avatar
• Create reusable frontend abstractions using React paradigms and modern tech to enable fast
• Maintain and evolve Roblox’s internal React-inspired Luau UI libraries, promoting modular design
• Define architecture standards to ensure frontend code is scalable, testable, and aligned with
• Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate shared solutions and deliver
• Address cross-surface issues like memory, responsiveness, and load times to ensure a reliable, fast

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including substantial experience building user-facing
• Deep expertise in modern mobile/web/frontend technologies – including proficiency in HTML5, CSS3
• Strong programming skills in one or more scripting languages relevant to frontend and tooling such
• Solid understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns as they apply to
• Demonstrated ability to optimize frontend performance and diagnose issues. Knowledge of performance
