Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

📋 Description

• Independently design and build scalable, reliable full stack features and services spanning backend
• Lead technical design discussions for medium-to-large features and drive sound architectural
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers in an agile environment to scope
• Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold high standards for performant, maintainable code across
• Mentor associate and mid-level engineers on technical best practices and help guide their growth
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and security concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4–6 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with solid knowledge of both backend and
• Strong algorithmic and problem-solving ability
• Working knowledge of system design and common architectural patterns
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps workflows
• Solid experience with service implementation in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch
