📋 Description

• Build end-to-end across the stack — backend services, APIs and data models, web front ends, and our
• Get up to speed on unfamiliar platforms and codebases quickly — including Android/Kotlin.
• Be customer-interested and product-minded—curious about what operators actually need, and willing
• Collaborate closely with a small cross-functional team, biasing toward putting things in the hands
• Navigate diverse, unfamiliar codebases across the Toast platform and consistently deliver
• Demonstrate a high degree of ownership in all aspects of development — including the unglamorous

🎯 Requirements

• A track record of shipping meaningful product to real users, with clear technical and business
• Genuine fullstack range: you've owned features from backend service and API through to the client
• Solid backend fundamentals (Java, Kotlin, or similar) — distributed systems, asynchronous
• Comfort with modern web front-end development (React or similar) and an eye for a usable interface.
• A credible track record of learning a new language, framework, or platform on the job and shipping
• Demonstrated ability to deliver clean, maintainable, resilient code that withstands the test of
