Senior Software Engineer, Growth Platforms

📋 Description

• Help establish roadmaps and architecture based on technology and business needs
• Unblock, support, effectively communicate, and obtain buy-in across teams to achieve results
• Lead projects of multiple people from idea to positive execution
• Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code
• Utilize Python, GoLang, AWS, AI to deliver robust and scalable solutions
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS or equivalent in Computer Engineering, CS, or related field or relevant experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Extensive OO programming experience, ideally Python or GoLang
• Backend development for large-scale distributed systems, concurrency and NoSQL
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Led the design and launch of components from concept to production
