📋 Description

• Own the technical strategy and architecture for SEO, AEO, and GEO acquisition systems at scale
• Lead major initiatives from technical design through implementation, launch, and operational
• Build and improve reliable pipelines and services, establishing strong quality controls
• Drive disciplined experimentation and measurement in partnership with Product, Data, and other
• Analyze performance across rankings, traffic, conversion, and other growth metrics to guide
• Mentor engineers, conduct design and code reviews, establish engineering standards, and help raise

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a senior software engineer with strong technical leadership and
• Proven ability to establish technical direction, align stakeholders, and deliver multi-quarter
• Experience working with SEO systems at scale; familiarity with crawling, indexing, content
• Strong understanding of data-driven experimentation, including defining success metrics, running
• Experience designing reliable production pipelines and services with robust observability
• Strong systems-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs across ingestion, storage
