Senior Software Engineer I - Platform Enablement

📋 Description

• Own and evolve cross-functional platform systems covering approval workflows, permissions
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject-matter experts across teams that consume
• Lead complex and ambiguous initiatives by breaking them into actionable technical tasks and
• Develop performant, scalable, and secure backend applications and APIs using Ruby on Rails.
• Design, maintain, and optimize data models and SQL queries, primarily using PostgreSQL.
• Participate actively in code reviews, including reviewing changes from other teams that affect

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a full-stack software engineer building production web applications and APIs
• Demonstrated architectural judgment and the ability to evaluate tradeoffs, choose appropriate
• A strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and
• Previous experience working on platform, infrastructure, or technical enablement teams where
• Experience balancing platform roadmap priorities with the needs of dependent engineering teams is
• Familiarity with approval workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), identity and authentication
