📋 Description

• Build backend identity platform capabilities and new auth APIs.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to set direction and deliver roadmap features.
• Collaborate across Twilio and Stytch to align architecture and unblock initiatives.
• Own design docs, drive key technical decisions, review code, and ship features.
• Build in ambiguity—break down problems and design developer experiences.
• Improve production quality and resilience via observability and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years designing, building, and operating high-scale cloud systems.
• Prod-grade code base fluency in a modern language; write high-quality code.
• Extensive RESTful API design and development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Schedule includes non-standard/on-call weekend and holidays.
