Senior Software Engineer II, Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Design, build, maintain, and improve internal developer tooling, platforms, and infrastructure that
• Own complex technical initiatives end-to-end, including defining scope, developing architecture
• Identify developer experience and productivity friction through engineering feedback, usage data
• Contribute to the technical direction of developer experience initiatives through architecture
• Collaborate across engineering teams to understand their workflows and create internal systems that
• Operate effectively in an environment where priorities and requirements can evolve quickly

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong record of designing and
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages used in platform or infrastructure
• Professional experience with Golang, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience building or contributing to developer tooling, internal platforms, CI/CD systems, or
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead technical projects, from initial scoping and
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of CAD $196,000–$207,000 for eligible Canadian locations.
