Senior Software Engineer II (North America)

📋 Description

• Design and build new features end to end
• Design and implement backend architecture changes
• Investigate and resolve scalability bottlenecks
• Improve database migration safety and upgrade reliability
• Own the backend side of issues surfaced by operators
• Document design, implementation, and operational tradeoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant production
• Deep understanding of Go's concurrency model
• Experience designing and operating relational databases in production
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated, analytical engineer
