Senior Software Engineer II, Storage (File & Block)

📋 Description

• Build and operate high-performance multi-tenant storage: NFS path and block volumes.
• Develop Go-based control plane services: provisioning, tenancy, quota and snapshots.
• Improve NFS reliability, IO performance, and small-file AI workloads.
• Deliver file and block as first-class Kubernetes citizens: CSI features.
• Improve reliability, durability, observability with telemetry and dashboards.
• Debug production issues in distributed systems and implement lasting fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 6-10 years building storage systems, distributed systems or infrastructure services.
• Hands-on prod experience with distributed or networked file systems and/or block storage.
• Deep expertise in storage data path: IO performance, caching, small-file workloads.
• Experience with multi-tenant storage control planes: provisioning, tenancy and quotas.
• Go proficiency; Rust/C++ a plus; Kubernetes (Controllers/CSI) experience.
