🎯 Requirements

Strong backend engineering experience, including building and supporting machine learning
Comfort operating with ambiguity; energized rather than frustrated by misaligned research and
Genuine curiosity about AI/ML; able to understand models well enough to make good engineering
Strong collaboration skills; daily work with researchers, applied engineers, and sometimes
