Senior Software Engineer (Institutional, Financing)

📋 Description

• Own the design and delivery of new financing products and features, from architecture through
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and frameworks that support loan lifecycle management
• Drive engineering excellence by improving developer tooling, testing infrastructure, monitoring
• Partner with Product, Risk, Operations, and other engineering teams to translate business
• Lead technical initiatives that strengthen system resilience, reduce operational risk, and support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience, with production ownership of services handling
• Proven track record designing, building, and scaling service-oriented architectures in Go, Java, or
• Experience building and operating distributed systems where correctness, availability, and data
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, lead technical design reviews, and raise the bar on code
• Familiarity with relational data stores, gRPC/Protobuf, and observability tooling in a cloud-native
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
