Drive IPv6 feature parity (IPv4 vs IPv6)
Design high-performance IPv6 packet processing paths
Resolve complex IPv6 protocol issues
Establish IPv6 protocol conformance standards (IETF RFCs)
Collaborate with Platform, Security, Data Platform, and QA teams

🎯 Requirements

7–9+ years C/C++ systems-level development for networking platforms
Deep IPv6 protocol expertise (routing, addressing, NDP, DHCPv6, MLDv2, IPsec/IKEv2 over IPv6
L2/L3/L4 networking depth (Ethernet, VLANs, bridges, routing, NAT, VPN tunneling)
High-performance packet processing (DPDK, ODP, OFP, XDP/eBPF)
Protocol conformance and testing (RFC validation, USGv6, IPv6 Ready Logo)
Strong debugging/diagnostic skills (tcpdump, Wireshark, GDB, emulation tools)
