🎯 Requirements

5+ years building backend systems in production.
Experience designing and operating distributed, stateful systems with data integrity.
Proficiency in Scala or Go; willingness to learn.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
