Senior Software Engineer, Onsite Customer Growth

📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve scalable backend services and APIs for onsite growth.
• Lead technical design for new features, balancing reliability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, backend or full-stack at scale.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Backend: service-oriented systems and data-intensive apps; Full-stack: strong backend plus frontend.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational DBs, caching, queues, or streaming.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical plans and execute across teams.
• Track record of clean, maintainable, production-grade code.
• Curiosity, collaboration, and a focus on delivering measurable customer impact.
