• Develop signals to measure performance and driving qualities
• Use simulation and real driving logs to measure driving performance
• Link onboard software changes to simulated outcomes
• Champion code health in a large code base
• Analyze data and improve metric quality and interpretability
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, statisticians and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS, Robotics, Statistics, Physics, Math or quantitative field
• Strong self-motivation for complex systems
• 2-3 years industry experience
• Languages such as C++, Python and SQL
• Statistical analyses, data processing pipelines
• Writing, reviewing, merging code with health/maintainability standards
