📋 Description

• Design, build, and support shared platform systems used by SeatGeek teams.
• Partner with engineering/product to address performance and reliability.
• Improve observability, security, and scalability via automation.
• Operate production systems, including releases and on-call incidents.
• Collaborate across teams to reduce friction in software delivery.
• Evolve internal platforms and tooling for reliability.
