Drive direction across compute, networking, Kubernetes, and workflows.
Lead cross-functional tech initiatives to boost reliability, scalability, security, and efficiency.
Partner with Product Eng, Security, AI Infra, and Platform teams.
Establish reusable patterns and tooling to ship production services safely.
Own on-call rotations and turn production learnings into durable improvements.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in software, infra, SRE, or production engineering.
Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Production Kubernetes experience: lifecycle, networking, reliability.
Distributed systems design with reliability, scalability, and performance.
IaC and automation with Terraform or Pulumi.
Observability, monitoring, alerting; IAM and network security practices.
