Senior Software Engineer, Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Monitor live system health using logs, metrics, traces, alerts and reliability dashboards
• Investigate incidents end to end—forming hypotheses, analysing data and driving problems through
• Participate in the on-call rotation and contribute to post-incident reviews
• Build tools and automation that reduce manual operational work and improve how quickly issues can
• Develop meaningful service-level indicators and objectives, improving monitoring and alerting
• Create automated checks and remediation workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar role supporting live production
• Strong programmer in Python, C++ or Rust
• Solid Linux fundamentals
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers and Kubernetes
• Understanding of observability practices and tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
• Can explain concepts including SLIs, SLOs and error budgets
