📋 Description

• Lead initiatives within Elasticsearch to produce industry-leading search engine offerings with
• Develop and refine search capabilities, including new features and bug fixes.
• Work with a globally distributed team across continents via email, GitHub, Zoom, and Slack.
• Collaborate on technical direction and vision for search, including design and implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience with search or vector databases and relevant algorithms.
• Strong Java core, with knowledge of standard data structures and concurrency concepts; familiarity
• Autonomy to own projects end-to-end, including technical design and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience designing, leading, and owning cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort working across distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra or similar storage tech.
