• Implement native leave state, payroll pause, and proration in leave management.
• Extend shift scheduling and project tracking to manufacturing, healthcare, and education customers.
• Own end-to-end pipeline from time entry to pay, ensuring accurate payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional hands-on experience.
• Backend systems expertise.
• Strong object-oriented design and coding skills.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience modeling complex problems with robust data models.
