Senior Software Engineer, Tooling (Product)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy customer-facing features across backend, web, and mobile.
• Build tooling for onboarding, identity KYC, and customer support workflows.
• Leverage AI coding tools and the agentic development pipeline.
• Own the DevOps lifecycle for your products, from building to monitoring.
• Contribute to planning and tradeoffs between speed and quality.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering culture across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Ability to work across backend, web, and mobile layers; willing to tackle any problem.
• Proficiency in a typed language TypeScript, Scala, Java, or Go and comfort with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building consumer-facing applications with strong UX/product sense.
• Fluency with AI coding tools and automation in everyday workflows.
• Expertise in unit and integration testing and code health.
