🎯 Requirements

• Experience with vector similarity on search platforms; familiarity with HNSW, IVF, or similar
• Professional Java background; strong knowledge of core language and concurrency.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Lucene, and related storage tech (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Ability to work autonomously and guide projects from idea to delivery.
• Proven track record designing cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration across distributed teams and async communication.
