Senior Software Engineer - Workflow

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate customer-facing backend services and product capabilities primarily in
• Build reliable APIs, data models, integrations, asynchronous processes, and event-driven services
• Own changes end-to-end across application code, service boundaries, infrastructure, and deployment
• Work AI-first using Claude Code as default starting point for implementation and hold its output to
• Improve scalability, resilience, performance, security, and maintainability across distributed
• Own observability, automated testing, release quality, production support, and incident response as

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building, shipping, and operating production
• Strong proficiency in PHP and/or Java
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including maintainable architecture, automated testing
• Solid understanding of API design, relational data modeling, PostgreSQL, distributed systems, and
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging and streaming systems, REST, gRPC, and service
• Experience owning cloud-native delivery and operations including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD
