🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering.
• 10+ years in software development (Java, C++, or Scala).
• 4+ years leading software teams in regulated/high-precision environments with agile practices.
• Proven experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Experience in crypto/fintech or blockchain tech.
