📋 Description

• Engage early in requirements and development to improve clarity, identify risks, and champion
• Lead holistic test strategies across multiple components or integrations, including tests that
• Use exploratory and scenario-based testing, customer feedback, and product usage data to identify
• Guide risk-based decisions and help prioritize bug fixes and maintenance work.
• Improve test reliability and reduce maintenance overhead. Identify where automation adds value
• Coordinate release readiness across teams, lead risk assessments, and ensure high-risk areas

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, testing, or software development with a
• A bachelor's degree in a STEM field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technological proficiency and strong data literacy.
• Proven ability to lead complex testing initiatives and establish best practices.
• Expertise in designing and executing holistic test strategies, including exploratory and automated
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
