Senior Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise maintenance environments, defining how mobile
• Conduct onsite discovery sessions, assessments, workshops, and gap analyses with maintenance
• Map current maintenance and repair processes and define detailed future-state workflows, including
• Define how AI-enabled capabilities can automate manual steps, capture information at the point of
• Act as the design authority for SAP PM integration, master data structures, mobile configurations
• Translate solution designs into clear implementation plans that functional consultants can execute.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a maintenance or reliability technician, craft supervisor, or
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and designing end-to-end solutions for enterprise
• Demonstrated experience transitioning industrial sites from paper-based work orders to mobile
• Proven ability to assess live customer environments, identify gaps, and develop actionable plans
• Strong practical understanding of maintenance and repair operations
• Experience presenting quantified business cases and discussing process changes with frontline teams
