Senior Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Lead solution design for enterprise industrial customers, defining how mobile maintenance, SAP
• Conduct onsite assessments and discovery workshops with maintenance, reliability, operations, and
• Translate customer requirements and operational realities into clear future-state processes
• Act as the design authority for SAP PM integration, maintenance master data, mobile configuration
• Define how AI capabilities can be applied to maintenance workflows, including automated data
• Develop and maintain detailed solution designs and documentation that functional consultants can

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or reliability operations, such as a
• 5+ years of experience in SAP PM or EAM implementation consulting, including ownership of solution
• Proven experience helping industrial sites transition from paper-based work orders to mobile
• Demonstrated ability to assess live customer environments, identify gaps, and develop
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair processes including notifications, work orders
• Experience defining security roles and access models for maintenance or enterprise systems.
