Partner with Sales AEs to own opportunities, qualify logos, and expand accounts.
Run discovery workshops to identify challenges and map solutions.
Create technical proofs and demos to win buy-in and differentiate.
Develop and run proofs-of-concept and pilots tied to metrics.
Build relationships with executives, handle objections, and drive revenue goals.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in pre-sales or similar customer-facing roles.
Experience with monitoring/observability: AWS/GCP/Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, AIOps.
Open source tools: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenCensus, ELK.
Languages: Java, .NET, Ruby, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, React.
Cloud architecture, networking, IaC, serverless.
Enterprise experience; strong communication; travel willing.
