Senior Solution Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead regional Pre-Sales, Customer Onboarding and Technical Account Management for APAC.
• Shape regional strategy and drive high-quality customer experiences with Sales, Product
• Act as trusted technical advisor on Trustonic Platform, device locking, OEM integration and secure
• Travel ~25–40% for customer meetings, trade shows and events.
• Develop scalable operating models, playbooks and best practices across Pre-Sales, Delivery and TAM.
• Improve qualification, handovers, onboarding and delivery processes to reduce time-to-revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading Pre-Sales, Solutions Delivery, Customer Onboarding or Similar teams.
• Strong experience managing technical teams and working with strategic enterprise customers.
• Proven record delivering multiple complex customer rollouts in SaaS or SI environments.
• Experience with API integrations, secure systems, device locking and OEM environments.
• Knowledge of AI concepts (Agentic AI) and ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Fluent English; APAC exposure (India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia) a plus.
