Senior Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Work independently, or as part of a larger sales team, to utilize your industry experience and
• Conduct customer and partner scoping sessions that probe their business needs and craft a workable
• Write requirements and design documents that define the solution, method of integration
• Be the voice of the customer internally, helping shape our product design and delivery.
• Provide design documents, business process assessments, change orders, and other deliverables
• Architect repeatable solutions that can be productized or reused by service teams or partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of combined industry experience in enterprise software implementation, technical
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of integration technologies such as file transfer protocols, SOA, and Web
• Solid knowledge of business operations (quote to cash, supply chain management, procure to pay
• Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce systems such as SAP (Hana, Business One), NetSuite
• Experience leading integration teams and designing enterprise-scale integration solutions preferred.
