📋 Description

• Collaborate with GTM and Customer Success to explain Harvey's capabilities to clients.
• Address customer queries on security, architecture, AI tech, and integration.
• Lead setup and configuration of customer accounts, including SSO.
• Design solutions with customers to deploy the Harvey platform.
• Identify upsell opportunities around SKUs and API capabilities.
• Serve as a technical advisor during the sales process.
