• Lead structured discovery to understand customer business priorities, development processes
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategies and customer action plans.
• Lead demos, workshops, proofs of concept or value, architecture design, and technical validation
• Design roadmaps for DevSecOps and AI-enabled development across the SDLC, including pipeline
• Resolve post-sale adoption challenges with post-sales teams and partners, and identify expansion
• Build relationships with developers and business/technical leaders; explain competitive

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, or technical sales with
• Practical understanding of SDLC, DevSecOps, security, and cloud technologies, with GitLab or
• Experience leading demos, workshops, proofs of concept, and solution architecture design.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs and business value to developers and executives.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation and Model Context Protocol.
• Ability to mentor and share knowledge with empathy.
