📋 Description

• Execute implementation activities across new customer projects, enhancements, and expansions
• Develop deep expertise in the platform, underlying data model, business processes, prescriptive
• Configure data models, templates, integrations, reports, and other solution components according to
• Own customer-facing delivery for assigned workstreams by conducting working sessions, gathering
• Participate in and facilitate key implementation activities, including Conference Room Pilots
• Document functional requirements, configuration specifications, process designs, and test cases

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional services experience working with leading CRM, ERP, enterprise software
• Proven hands-on experience implementing end-to-end business processes and delivering enterprise
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience with CRP, SIT, UAT, project status reporting, go-live activities, and other
• Strong techno-functional understanding of the enterprise applications and business processes you
• Experience with data conversion and migration projects, including mapping, cleansing, validation
