Senior Solutions Consultant & Architect - APAC

📋 Description

• Full-cycle Solutions role for the APAC market spanning pre- and post-sales
• Pre-sales: discovery, tailored platform demos, partner with AEs
• Post-sales: technical guidance and customer expansion for named accounts
• Based in Sydney; travel across APAC (~25%)
• Own deals and customer relationships with Sales, CS, and Product
• Onsite engagements with prospects when warranted

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical pre-sales and/or post-sales SaaS/MarTech
• Able to cover both pre- and post-sales motions or deep in one with growth
• Deep knowledge of APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, SQL
• Experience with LLM platforms such as Claude Code or Cursor
• Strong verbal and written communication; present to CMOs and developers
• Based in Sydney; willing to travel APAC (~25%)
