📋 Description

• Lead solution design and customer engagement on high-value enterprise deals.
• Engage VP and C-level stakeholders to position Docebo as a strategic partner.
• Run deep, multi-threaded discovery to uncover key decision-makers.
• Advise Account Executives to build ironclad business cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CS to inform strategy.
• Elevate junior SCs with deal coaching and reusable assets.

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise pre-sales or solutions consulting in enterprise SaaS.
• Fluency in English and German; other European languages a plus.
• Deep LMS/learning tech knowledge; background in HCM or talent intelligence.
• Strong tech on enterprise architecture, APIs, SSO, and HRIS.
• Executive storytelling and whiteboarding for executives.
• Ability to win multi-stakeholder deals in competitive markets.
