📋 Description

• Own client solution architecture; reconcile business, tech, and data needs.
• Lead end-to-end implementation; configure, integrate, test, and iterate.
• Transform client needs into solutions using low-code platform.
• Configure scalable solutions; align with business requirements.
• Guide clients from kickoff to go-live; own post-go-live support.
• Build API integrations and data pipelines; ensure reliable data flow.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS implementation, solution delivery, or hands-on technical consulting.
• Experience architecting data models and system integrations (APIs, ETL) across EMRs/CRMs/ERPs.
• Hands-on data transformation (Excel, Python) and implementing SaaS solutions (configuring, testing, iterating).
• Strong debugging across integrations, data pipelines, and APIs; able to trace data via documentation.
• End-to-end ownership: translate complex requirements into actionable technical docs; train clients; drive deployments independently.
• Ideal: regulated industry exp; SQL/Excel/Python; cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
