Senior Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Independently design, build, and deliver complex, scalable, and secure integrations between Choco
• Own complex and strategic integration projects end-to-end, from technical discovery and solution
• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales by leading technical discovery, proofs of concept, and
• Act as a technical escalation point, troubleshooting critical integration issues, proactively
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams, providing technical
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers, providing technical guidance, sharing expertise, and supporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, IT/ERP consulting, or systems integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or
• Experience managing end-to-end API integrations, including requirements gathering, solution design
• Experience with low-code or automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Tray.ai.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g. JavaScript or Python) and working knowledge of REST APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
