Senior Specialist - Change Management (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute multiple change management strategies in support of project efforts, including
• Apply structured Change Management methodology to small-scale initiatives.
• Collaborate with broader cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and change management team on
• Conduct change impact analysis across people, process and technology dimensions, risk assessments
• Build relationships as trusted partner with leadership team and project leads to identify and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience OR Master's Degree and 5 years of experience OR PhD
• Change Management Methodology Certification Preferred (e.g.: PROSCI Certification, ACMP
• Analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.
• Proven ability to adapt communication style for a variety of modes as well as for multicultural
• Strong command of the English language and effective communication skills with employees at any
• Strong group facilitation experience and written communication.
