Senior Specialist, Employee Relations - EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions
• Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, redundancy
• Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction
• Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for compliance in offboarding and audits
• Draft and administer termination documents, maintain employee records with confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies
• Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues
• Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, negotiation skills
• Business-level (advanced) proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
