Senior Specialist, Employee Relations - EMEA

📋 Description

• Managing and resolving end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions
• Providing guidance and managing clients' requests on HR matters including termination, resignation
• Leading and facilitating meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce
• Influencing and negotiating positive outcomes in complex terminations, balancing multiple
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (payroll, legal counsel, government bodies
• Drafting, tailoring, and administering all termination and supplementary documents accurately

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, with generalist HR competencies and exposure
• Proven experience in managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care
• Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, undertake
• Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, with the ability
• Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English, with additional languages
