Senior Specialist, Provider Network Recruitment

📋 Description

• Utilize demographic data for current out-of-network providers to create recruitment lists
• Support the preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Collaborate with the Provider Recruitment team to address provider inquiries, concerns, and
• Oversee the “Request to Join” process and the “Join Our Network” mailbox to identify new provider
• Generate reports and summaries concerning provider contract data updates and network status

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare contract coordination, provider relations, or a
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suites, with strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
• 1+ years of experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects
