• Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that takes new SDRs from "Day 1" to "First Meeting
• Facilitate interactive workshops and create engaging training materials and resources.
• Develop targeted training focusing on pipeline generation skills with heavy focus on territory
• Facilitate ongoing learning sessions to keep SDRs updated on industry best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics to pinpoint areas needing improvement and evaluate training programs'
• Establish clear certification criteria and standards for SDRs and resources to assist SDRs in

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years with sales development or related roles.
• A successful track record in prospecting or full-cycle sales; understand grit and strategy required
• A passion for mentoring and developing others, with a talent for identifying skill gaps and
• Ability to train via storytelling and use excellent interactive, facilitation, and presentation
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and data.
• Proven track record of shortening onboarding ramp time and enhancing sales skills for SaaS sales
