📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate
• Conduct candidate outreach, assess interest and initial qualifications, and maintain engagement
• Build and manage talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience in active sourcing and full-cycle
• Candidates without a degree must have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing, engaging, and recruiting candidates throughout the full hiring
• Experience recruiting technical professionals is strongly preferred, particularly engineering
• Strong influencing, consulting, and negotiation skills.
