Senior Staff Decision Science (Risk)

📋 Description

• Partner with product, engineering, and Legal & Compliance to shape risk roadmap.
• Define and implement risk policies to support the product launch.
• Build scalable dashboards and pipelines to track KPIs and risk.
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform policy updates and maximize LTV.
• Take ownership of the product's unit economics and growth path.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of risk/credit strategy experience at a financial institution or fintech.
• Graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization; scalable analytics tooling.
• Strong problem-solving; explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Subject-matter expertise across a large risk domain with ownership mindset.
• Hands-on AI/LLM tool experience (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate analytics.
