📋 Description

• Lead developer engagement strategies for financial solutions, tokenization platforms, and payment
• Implement and measure metrics for developer success aligned with business objectives
• Contribute to scalable frameworks that accelerate developer adoption
• Organize and lead developer events, workshops, and hackathons
• Create technical content including tokenization guides, payment integration tutorials
• Speak at conferences, meetups, and events about XRPL use cases and products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven track record in developer relations, developer experience, or technical product
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and market structure
• Technical competency to understand complex technical concepts and communicate effectively
• Strong understanding of developer psychology and behavior
• Hands-on technical skills (create code demos, review developer samples, provide technical feedback)
• Strong collaborative skills
