📋 Description

• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Software Factory, including what to test, scale
• Understand needs across product and engineering teams, separate shared problems from individual

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of setting strategy and
• Proven experience setting direction for a developer or internal platform and driving adoption
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-team work and make decisions without relying on formal
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or agentic tools for engineers or internal users
• Technical fluency across APIs, architecture, data, reliability, security, and technical tradeoffs
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
